As a City of Detroit and Wayne County based company, our Goal is to provide prompt and dependable service to our customers. Mr. Ken Phalore is the founder and owner of Flora Construction, Inc. and has 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Our company philosophy is to build structures that last but most importantly, to build lasting relationships with our customers.
